Shipping & Returns

Lead times

We offer delivery within Sweden with an estimated delivery time of 1—3 business days. Standard shipping costs SEK 200. All orders are sent with tracked shipping via [DHL/PostNord/Bring]. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns & Right of withdrawal

According to Swedish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. The returned products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at hello@lucele.com. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Refunds are issued within 30 days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping damages

Damages caused in transit must be documented and reported within 10 business days of receipt. Original packaging must be retained in order to validate a shipping damage claim.
