Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in SEK including 25% VAT. Payment can be made via credit/debit card. No extra fees are charged unless explicitly stated.

Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1—3 business days. Standard shipping within Sweden costs SEK 200, We use tracked delivery with major carriers (e.g., PostNord, DHL).

Right of withdrawal

According to the Swedish Distance Selling Act (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@lucele.com. The product must be returned unused and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty.

Warranty & Complaints

Electronics sold by us come with a 3-year statutory warranty under Swedish law. If your product is defective, contact us with proof of purchase. We will either repair, replace, or refund the item.
